cant call anyone or anyone ring me

I can't receive calls or make calls I've restarted my phone but nothing but can call on WhatsApp and they can ring me on that so whats going off is anyone else the same

Hi @michelle spowart,

I’m sorry to hear you’re unable to make or receive calls.

Please try the following:

Restart your phone.
Turn Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it back off.
If you’re using a physical SIM, remove it, gently wipe it with a clean, dry cloth and reinsert it securely.
Check that your handset software is up to date.
Turn Automatic Network Selection off, allow the available networks to load and select iD Mobile/Three UK manually. Once connected, switch Automatic selection back on.
Perform a network settings reset:
- iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Android: Settings > General Management/System > Reset > Reset Network Settings or Reset Mobile Network Settings.

Please note that a network reset may remove saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections.
