cant make any calls from uk mobile withjn the uk

When trying to make a UK call, I have a voice message saying call can’t be connected. It has also said the cap needs to be increased but I have unlimited uk calls and texts.

I cant make any voice calls within uk, i have plan to uk unlimited call and msgs.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble making calls.

Can you let us know whether you're unable to make all calls, or only calls to specific numbers? For example, are standard mobile and landline numbers affected, or is it only certain numbers that won't connect?
