I cant make / recieve text or calls?

I need to get through to my wife urgently! Is the network down???

    I’m really sorry for the disruption this is causing. We’re currently experiencing a confirmed outage affecting calls and PAC code requests. Our technicians are actively working to fix this as soon as possible, and we expect it to be resolved within the next 24 hours.

    We know this isn’t ideal, but we won’t leave you in the dark. Compensation will be provided for each day you’re affected. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
