We're sorry to hear that all three phones are experiencing the same issue. We understand how frustrating this must be.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps on each device:

• Restart the phone.
• Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
• Check that the phone has a mobile signal.
• Ensure the phone's software is up to date.

For iPhone: Reset Network Settings:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Select Transfer or Reset iPhone.
4. Tap Reset.
5. Choose Reset Network Settings.
6. Your phone will restart.

For Android: Reset Network Settings:
(Steps may vary slightly depending on your device.)

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap General Management or System.
3. Select Reset.
4. Tap Reset Network Settings.
5. Confirm the reset.
6. Restart your phone once the reset has completed.

If you're using physical SIMs, we'd also recommend removing and reinserting them.
