cant make or recieve calls. cant make or receive text messages. new esim activated. inyernet data operational

Esim replaced but I can not make or receive calls or messages. Internet works ok

Moto g35 5g. Three days live. Problem existed three hours after I received my first call

Sorry you’re having this issue.

If you can’t make/receive calls or texts but data works, please try:

Restart your phone

Ensure VoLTE is enabled

Turn Airplane mode on/off

There is no option on my Moto g35 5g phone for volte. Fixed dialing is not enabled

Esim is set for emergency calls only and I can't change it. Service status is out of service. Mobile voice network type is unknown. Mobile network state is disconnected. 

This is the esim status settings on my phone.

I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your services. Please try the steps below and see if this will resolve the issue:

 

Open Settings

Tap General Management

Tap Reset

Select Reset network settings

There is no general management in the settings

I reset the network settings via system settings. Still doesn't work

When a call is made to me message says unavailable. The settings now are fixed and esim is connected and service status is enabled but still won't make calls. I can send texts but not make calls

I had issues on my last phone which was only corrected when I downloaded a replacement esim. Should I do so again?

Apologies iD. The new phone I bought unknown to me was a blocked vodaphone model. Replaced with a new unlocked one and all is fine. My error
