New to IDMobile, my phone will not make or receive landline numbers from my home. My phone shows 2 bars of coverage but when I press to call a landline they disappear and the call fails. Network checker shows good coverage here which is why I chose IDMobile so don’t understand why landline calls cannot be made or received.

Is it only landline numbers you are unable to make and receive calls to?
Are you still able to make and receive calls to mobile numbers?

Landline numbers … if people call me they go straight to voicemail. This is 90% of the time.
If I call out to landline from my home … the call will fail always teh first time. Sometimes it works of k try again. My network bars show 2 bars at home but they disappear as soon as I try to call.
this also happened with mobiles too … it’s not consistent. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.
Today I am in London and have missed 3 calls from my daughters school although my phone shows full coverage .. 4 bars
this is not acceptable. How do I contact to speak to someone at id mobile ?
