cant receive calls

I can't receive calls today. I am in Austria since a week and was able to receive calls until yesterday, but not today. I am able to mak calls though. Could you please check what the issue is?

    You need to raise via CHAT page, not here. On CHAT type “SPEAK TO A PERSON”😃

    I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to receive calls while you're in Australia.

    Could I please ask if you've checked whether you've reached your bill cap? If your bill cap has been reached, it may be preventing you from receiving calls.

    Transfered my old number to this id sim and camt receive calls? Been 2 days?? Can only make calls and can use data... tryied every possible way to get this to function or work but no luck! Its clearly a porting issue and the no customer service telephone number to call or talk to too?

    Thank you for your post. I am sorry to learn that you are not able to receive calls after transferring your mobile number to iD Mobile. Can you please follow the steps below to do network reset on your device.

    For an Android phone:

    Open Settings and then tap General management. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.

     

    For an iPhone:

    "Go to Settings.
    Tap Phone.
    Tap My Number.
    Use the delete button to remove the old number.
    Use the keypad to enter the new number.
    Tap Save.
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Messages
    3. Turn off iMessage.
    4. Go to General
    5. Reset
    6. Reset Network Settings.
    7. Once the iPhone is open.
    8. Go to Settings
    9. Messages Turn ON iMessage.
    10.This will recognize the new sim and have it verified."
