Its not the first time ive had issues with not recieving calls/text messages. checked account all ok. status checker says issues in area but been without use for 1 week. seriously thinking of changing supplier

Cant send or recieve calls and text messages. Checked my status all ok says unlimited calls and text. renews next 6 days ,seriously thinking of changing supplier?
