I damaged my original handset screen but still could call etc but I now have a new device as a stop gap , well I’ve actually tried 2 different devices now. For some reason I now can’t get any signal for calls. One device I could send and receive messages and also access the internet although they seem delayed slow and delayed (Samsung) . the other (iPhone) I can’t get any signal for calls, messages or internet I’ve tried everything I can think of but no joy .

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing. If you still have the damaged phone, could you please confirm whether the SIM card is working correctly in it?

No I don't , I've now tried another phone Sony Xperia 1 mk 1 which is actually brand new. Still doesn't work in this although I can receive txt messages and use mobile data. I'm really starting to dispese iD mobile. It's been like this for over a week and I also had this problem with the original handset when I first joined! Not impressed.
