complete outage for 3 days

Hi,

I had a complete outage for 3 days from 26 - 29 June at TF2 6TN.  Your operator said it was due to unplanned maintenance.

They also said that compensation would be available once the service was up and running again.

When will I get a compensation offer?

We've checked the coverage for the postcode TF2 6TN and can see that there are currently no reported network issues affecting the area.

 

Can we first check whether you're still experiencing any issues, or has your service now returned to normal?

 

If you're looking to discuss compensation for the disruption, you'll need to contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat. They'll be able to review your account, check the outage details and discuss whether you're eligible for any compensation.

Service is now back up but your website and coverage checker were showing no outage throughout!

Would be nice if the customer service team could contact me as this is the 3rd time of asking.😕
