CONSTAN POOR SIGNAL

This network is an absolute joke..! Going sound and round in circles with customer service. Signal is constantly 1 bar and I’ve done the same thing iver and over.. reset settings.get new SIM card. Try sim in another phone.! The last adviser actually asked me what I suggest to fix it…!!!! End of my contact can’t come quick enough and I will be advising everyone and anyone to stay clear of ID…!

    Hi @Imaje3,

We're sorry to hear about the issues you've been experiencing with your coverage.

We appreciate how frustrating it can be when the service you're receiving doesn't match what you'd expect, particularly if the coverage checker is showing strong coverage in the areas where you're having problems.

As a first step, we'd recommend checking the coverage checker again to see if there are any reported issues or maintenance affecting the locations concerned: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/coverage

If the issue persists, please contact our Live Chat team so they can investigate further and check whether there are any network-related issues affecting your service: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

They'll be able to review your account and discuss any available options based on the outcome of their investigation.

    Regards,

I’ve been stuck late at night on my own in Piccadilly train station because I had no signal to order a uber!

    Hi @Nagra13,

I’m really sorry to hear that you were left without signal late at night at Piccadilly train station, especially when you needed to arrange transport.

Could you please let us know whether the coverage issue has since resolved and your service is now working normally?

    Regards,

    Gemma M

    Hi @Nagra13,

I’m sorry to hear that both you and your sister are continuing to experience signal issues.

If the problem is ongoing and isn't limited to a specific area, we'd recommend contacting our Live Chat team so they can investigate the service further and carry out the necessary checks on your account. If required, they can also raise a technical ticket for further investigation.
