    Hi @Elainefurness,

    Thank you for your message.

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced a drop in your coverage recently, and we understand how frustrating a poor signal can be. As we run on the Three network, sudden coverage changes are typically caused by essential mast maintenance or an unexpected fault in your area.

To find out exactly what is happening, please try these quick troubleshooting steps:

    • Check live local masts: Paste your postcode into our iD Mobile Network Status Checker to see if there is an active repair or upgrade happening in your immediate area.
    • Refresh your network connection: Turn your phone's Airplane Mode ON for 10 seconds, then turn it OFF. This forces your phone to reconnect to the strongest nearby mast.
    • Switch to 4G temporarily: If your phone is hunting for a weak 5G signal, go to your phone's network settings and change your preferred network type to 4G/LTE Only to see if your bars stabilize.
    • Enable Wi-Fi Calling: If your signal is poor specifically while you are indoors, you can turn on Wi-Fi Calling in your phone settings to route your calls and texts through your home internet instead.

    Thanks,
