Hi, I’m having an issue with my phone where I’m unable to make any outgoing calls or receive incoming calls. Every time I try, the call either fails immediately or doesn’t connect at all. This has been ongoing since having this phone and is becoming quite inconvenient.

I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting like restarting my phone and checking my signal, but the problem still persists. Could you please look into this and let me know what might be causing the issue, or what steps I need to take to resolve it?

I’d appreciate a prompt response as I rely on my phone for important calls.
