I’m really sorry to hear you’re experiencing this I completely understand how frustrating it is to miss important calls because of coverage issues. That’s not the experience we want for our customers at all.

 

Here’s what we can do to help resolve this:

  1. Check Coverage in Your Area
  1. Network Settings on Your Phone
  • Make sure your phone is set to automatic network selection. On most phones, this is under: Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Network Operators → Select Automatically.
  1. Restart / Reinsert SIM
  • Sometimes simply restarting your phone or removing and reinserting the SIM can restore the network connection.
  1. SIM or Account Issue
  • If coverage issues persist, it could be a problem with your SIM. We can check this for you and, if needed, replace your SIM to restore proper service.
