Hi I’m with ID but the coverage in Liverpool is zero please I’m tired of ID service I even bought another sim from Vodafone which is ESIM using that and paying ID for nothing so please cancel my contract and refund me from day one as I didn’t get any service from ID at all I complained before too but never heard anything

If you are looking to disconnect, you can also choose one of the following options:

STAC code – Cancels your contract immediately without keeping your number. You’ll need to provide the STAC code to your new network. If it is not used, the account will remain active.
PAC code – Transfers your number to another network and cancels your contract.
30-day disconnection – Your service continues for 30 days before the contract ends automatically.
