data connection is poorly. need to airplane mode every time

lately i experienced many data connections lost during the drive. that affects the sat nav, YouTube, and my work app that needs data connection. after i go on plane mode and back to normal connection everything is good for few minutes. is very annoying i have tot do that all the time. please advise me. i do have an esim if it makes any difference
