    Hi @Rosenboom

We're sorry to hear that your mobile data has stopped working even though you still have signal and remaining allowance available.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Restart your handset

    2. Refresh your network connection

Turn Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds.
Turn Airplane Mode OFF and allow the phone a few minutes to reconnect to the network.

    3. Check Mobile Data is enabled

    • iPhone: Settings > Mobile Service/Mobile Data > Mobile Data > ON
    • Android: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs/Mobile Network > Mobile Data > ON

    4. Ensure you have selected the correct network mode
We recommend testing on 4G only, as this can often provide a more stable connection.

    iPhone:

    • Settings
    • Mobile Service/Mobile Data
    • Mobile Data Options
    • Voice & Data
    • Select 4G

    Android:

    • Settings
    • Connections / Mobile Networks
    • Network Mode / Preferred Network Type
    • Select 4G/LTE

    5. Check your APN settings
If these have changed unexpectedly, mobile data may stop working.

    For iPhone:

    • Settings
    • Mobile Service
    • Mobile Data Network
    • The APN should be:
      • APN: id
      • Username: leave blank
      • Password: leave blank

    For Android:

    • Settings
    • Mobile Networks
    • Access Point Names (APN)
    • Ensure the APN is set to:
      • Name: iD
      • APN: id

    6. Remove and reinsert your SIM card

    • Power off the handset.
    • Remove the SIM card.
    • Check for any visible damage or debris.
    • Reinsert the SIM and restart the phone.

    7. Check for software updates

    • Install any available system updates, as these can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

    8. Reset Network Settings

    iPhone:

    • Settings
    • General
    • Transfer or Reset iPhone
    • Reset
    • Reset Network Settings

    Android:

    • Settings
    • System
    • Reset Options
    • Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth

    9. Test in another location
If possible, test the connection outdoors or in a different area to rule out temporary local coverage or congestion issues.

If the issue continues after completing all of the above steps, please contact us via Live Chat or send us a direct message through our social media platforms so that we can investigate further.
