Data/Service not working

I have no signal, data is not working. Checked area coverage and it says 4G is excellent but still not working

Hi ​@Kyacoates 

We are sorry to hear that your network is bad. Have you tried doing a network reset? Here are a few steps on how to do so:

 

For Android: 

 

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap General management
  1. Tap Reset
  1. Select Reset network settings
  1. Choose the SIM (if asked)
  1. Tap Reset settings
  1. Confirm with your PIN / password

 

For iphone: 

 

  1. Open Settings
  1. Tap General
  1. Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone
  1. Tap Reset
  1. Select Reset Network Settings
  1. Enter your passcode and confirm

Your iPhone will restart.
