Well was linked to 3 now noticed mentions curry's. Seem to not be getting the same service I was getting. Considering going else where, as service is not as fast or reliable! Having to reset my phone, to get coverage, which is a pain, when have 3 devices connected to my phone. So as you can imagine I am not happy.

Hi @Arovert

Thank you for reaching out.

We're sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with your service and understand how frustrating this must be, particularly when you rely on your handset to provide connectivity for multiple devices.

To clarify, iD Mobile is owned by Currys and operates using Three UK's network infrastructure. While you may have noticed references to Currys, this does not mean your service has been moved to a different network. Your iD Mobile service continues to use the Three network.

To help improve the connection and allow us to narrow down the cause of the issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your handset.
  • Toggle Airplane Mode on for 60 seconds, then switch it off.
  • Ensure your handset software is fully up to date.
  • Set the network mode to 4G/LTE Preferred:
  • Settings > Connections/Mobile Networks > Network Mode > 4G/LTE Preferred (wording may vary by handset).
  • Remove and reinsert the SIM card if applicable.
  • Reset your network settings.

If possible, test the SIM in another compatible handset to determine whether the issue may be handset-related.
