    Hi @OhKazamia,

No, there shouldn't be a difference in network coverage between Pay As You Go and Pay Monthly. Both use the iD Mobile network, which runs on Three's network. Coverage can still vary depending on your location, handset and surrounding conditions.

I'm sorry to hear you're not getting the coverage you expected.

    Please try:

    • Restarting your phone.
    • Turning Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then back off.
    • Making sure Network Selection is set to Automatic.
    • Check that your phone is running the latest software.
    • If possible, try the SIM in another handset to see whether the signal improves.

You can also try a network settings reset.

    iPhone:

    1. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone.
    2. Tap Reset.
    3. Select Reset Network Settings.

    Android:

    1. Go to Settings > General Management or System.
    2. Select Reset.
    3. Tap Reset Mobile Network Settings or Reset Network Settings.

If you're still getting no coverage after trying the above, please contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat so they can investigate further: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
