dont want 5G and I cant switch to 4G

Hi

Ive seen that 3g or 4G network are avaible. But I cant see how to switch to those ones from my ID mobile app and thats clearly what I want to do...

Can you help me woth that please?

Im aware 5G is faster. But Id rather 4G or 3G. So I need the guidance to make that switch please

Thank you for getting in touch.

Kindly note that iD Mobile no longer supports 3G services, as the 3G network has been switched off. While you may be able to select between 4G and 5G on your handset, it is not possible to use 3G on our network.

The option to switch between 4G and 5G is managed through your phone's network settings rather than the iD Mobile app. If you let us know the make and model of your handset, we can provide the relevant steps.
