drop in mobile data 4g and 5g

Lately ive been having issues with my 4g and 5g. For example I was at a gig and was trying to get my tickets to load on a app but my mobile data wasn't working and needed my daughter to hot spot her ee mobile data and it worked right away this isn't great when you need your mobile date

    ​@Alex1234567  If you are getting regularly issues with connection check the post code area on the network status checker for any issues.

    As a precaution one should always download or screenshot ticket's or other information needed as prove from any mobile app. This why one is not relaying on mobile data or WiFi at a later date.
