​@gurd  Login to the IDMobile app and from within the app  Manage ID Services you can turn off the Adult content filter and save the changes. There after you should be good to go after about 10 to 15 minutes.

If you have the Adult Content filter is turned off in your account settings and you are still having trouble accessing it then this will be down to the new legisation:-

To bypass these, users sometimes turn to VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) to mask their location, though this can be complex and raises privacy concerns, with increased VPN usage noted since the checks began. 

• Required by Law: Platforms hosting pornography must implement robust age verification under Ofcom's guidance.
• Verification Methods: Sites use various methods, often combining them:
  • Photo ID: Uploading a driver's license or passport.
  • Facial Estimation: Using a selfie or video for AI analysis.
  • Credit/Debit Card: Payment processors verify age with card details.
  • Open Banking: Securely accessing bank data to confirm age.
  • Digital ID: Using digital wallets that store verified identity information.
  • Mobile Network Checks: Your provider (like O2, Three) can verify your age. 

• VPNs: A VPN changes your IP address to a different country, making it seem you're accessing from outside the UK, potentially bypassing local blocks.
• Mobile Settings: Disabling features like iCloud Private Relay on Apple devices can sometimes improve filter functionality. 

• Privacy: Age verification involves sharing personal data, leading to concerns about data security and privacy, though providers claim data isn't retained.
• Legality: While using a VPN to bypass age restrictions might be technically possible, it doesn't remove the platform's legal obligation to verify users, and the trend of increased VPN use suggests many are seeking ways around the system.

I understand that you’re trying to enable adult content but are still unable to access the site,  I can help with this.

Please check the following:
 

Ensure that adult content is enabled in your iD Mobile account settings.

Confirm that SafeSearch or parental controls on your device or network are not blocking the content.

Restart your device or browser after making changes to the settings.

The problem lies in ID's soft and your software guys will know it. The Adult Content Filter clicks in at 09:00: don't ask me why but it does. I don't know when the ID software then allows access to 'adult content' (archive.org) but, generally after 11.59 access is restored. Wierd. or what.

Btw: I assume ID doesn't want older people/ visually impaired using their services; the size of this type is minute - almost impossible to read. Not sure that this situation/ practice is entirely legal (Equality Act etc).

ID really need to sort out their log-in process; it's essentially impossible to input a new password (even using the most random text etc., generates 'used that password previously'.message.

Finally, when are ID going to treat us as adults and allow us to see what password we have typed (eye symbol). ID's software absolutely sucks.

For the font size, try increasing the text size on your phone, If you need me to guid you, please provide the make and model of your device. For the password issue, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app or changing your password on the website.
