​@gurd  Login to the IDMobile app and from within the app  Manage ID Services you can turn off the Adult content filter and save the changes. There after you should be good to go after about 10 to 15 minutes.

If you have the Adult Content filter is turned off in your account settings and you are still having trouble accessing it then this will be down to the new legisation:-

To bypass these, users sometimes turn to VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) to mask their location, though this can be complex and raises privacy concerns, with increased VPN usage noted since the checks began. 

• Required by Law: Platforms hosting pornography must implement robust age verification under Ofcom's guidance.
• Verification Methods: Sites use various methods, often combining them:
  • Photo ID: Uploading a driver's license or passport.
  • Facial Estimation: Using a selfie or video for AI analysis.
  • Credit/Debit Card: Payment processors verify age with card details.
  • Open Banking: Securely accessing bank data to confirm age.
  • Digital ID: Using digital wallets that store verified identity information.
  • Mobile Network Checks: Your provider (like O2, Three) can verify your age. 

• VPNs: A VPN changes your IP address to a different country, making it seem you're accessing from outside the UK, potentially bypassing local blocks.
• Mobile Settings: Disabling features like iCloud Private Relay on Apple devices can sometimes improve filter functionality. 

• Privacy: Age verification involves sharing personal data, leading to concerns about data security and privacy, though providers claim data isn't retained.
• Legality: While using a VPN to bypass age restrictions might be technically possible, it doesn't remove the platform's legal obligation to verify users, and the trend of increased VPN use suggests many are seeking ways around the system.

Ensure that adult content is enabled in your iD Mobile account settings.

Confirm that SafeSearch or parental controls on your device or network are not blocking the content.

Restart your device or browser after making changes to the settings.
