Hi @Alle

We’re sorry to hear that you have recently started experiencing signal issues both at home and in surrounding areas, especially when trying to make calls or send texts. We completely understand how frustrating and disruptive this can be.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart the handset completely
  • Turn Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds, then OFF again
  • Ensure the handset software is fully updated
  • Remove and reinsert the SIM card if using a physical SIM
  • Try manually setting the handset to 4G/LTE only instead of 5G, as this can sometimes improve connection stability

Please also try manually selecting the network:

For iPhone:

  • Settings
  • Mobile Data
  • Network Selection
  • Turn Automatic OFF
  • Select iD/Three manually
  • Then switch Automatic back ON

For Android:

  • Settings
  • Connections / Mobile Networks
  • Network Operators
  • Turn Select Automatically OFF
  • Select iD/Three manually
  • Then switch Automatic back ON

You can also try:

  • Resetting the network settings on the handset
  • Testing the SIM in another handset if possible
  • Checking whether the issue affects calls, texts, data, or all services
  • Testing the service outdoors to compare indoor and outdoor signal strength

As the issue is affecting multiple areas around you, this may indicate temporary local congestion, maintenance work, or a nearby mast-related issue.

If the issue continues after trying the above, please contact our Live Chat Team or send us a direct message through our social media platforms so that we can investigate the area further for you.
