fair useage monitoring

Hello, I’m currently in Poland. I have unlimited everything in the UK. I understand the fair usage policy of 30g abroad but can’t see how to monitor my usage to make sure I don’t use it all up at the beginning of my holiday. I have a iPhone 17 pro plus.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    Kindly note that your roaming allowance is linked to your normal plan allowance until further notice, so the best way to keep track of your usage is through the iD Mobile app or your online account, where you'll be able to see how much data you have remaining.

     

    On your iPhone, you can also monitor usage directly by:

    • Going to Settings
    • Tapping Mobile Service (or Mobile Data)
    • Scrolling down to view your current data usage

     

    If you're concerned about reaching the fair usage limit while in Poland, we'd recommend checking your usage regularly throughout your trip rather than waiting until the end of your holiday.

     

    If you receive any notifications relating to roaming usage or fair usage limits, please make sure to review them carefully as they'll provide the most up-to-date information about your allowance.
