Hi, i had a fraud call this morning, now I have no network coverage, emergency calls only. Need help

It's saying my mobile is not registered on the network

I went on live chat yesterday but it couldn't recognise what I was saying

Once you've in Live Chat just type in the message box  To Speak to someone.

I have no network registered to my mobile, on the chat it says they are closed. Someone contacted me yesterday via email, and called me so I've paid £39.99 for a new sim as mine looks like its been hacked. But I don't know what's a scam and real anymore

Unfortunately, it looks like you’ve fallen victim to a scam, iD Mobile wouldn’t charge you for a replacement SIM card. Our Live Chat opens at 9am, I advise you contact them as soon as possible:
