From being exceptional (download at 400MB) to being total crap (4MB!)

Hi,

I tried the ID Mobile network at the beginning of January to test it and understand if the coverage was decent but, surprisingly, it was even exceptional (downloading at 400MB and more).

Therefore, I bought a contract phone with ID Mobile plan via mobiles.co.uk and in the very first 2-3 days the network confirmed to be as good as when I had tested it the very first time. 
However, since yesterday it’s been extremely poor, so that I have barely the 4G coverage indoor (before full 5G) and any speed test shows download speed below 4MB! 

How is that possible? I mean, if a network coverage is bad, it should be like that since the very beginning. How is it possible that it moved from being exception to totally useless suddenly?

Hi, I’m sorry to hear about the drop in your network performance, I understand how frustrating this is.
 

Network speeds can vary due to maintenance, congestion, or local mast changes. Please try:

Toggle Airplane mode on/off.

Restart your phone.

Check your network settings are on automatic.

Ensure your phone software is up to date.
 

If it still persists, please provide your postcode so we can check for local outages.

I have already done all the steps you suggested me, but nothing changed.

No update?! The support by the customer service stopped just after one single reply. What a joke! hahaha
