To request a new eSIM QR code on the App: 

 

Open the iD Mobile app and log in.
Go to the “My Account” or “Services” section.
Select “SIM” or “Replace SIM”.
Choose “Switch to eSIM” or “Request new eSIM”.
Follow the on‑screen instructions to confirm your request.
Your new eSIM QR code will be provided in the app or sent to your registered email.
 

To request a new eSIM QR code on the website: 

 

Visit the iD Mobile website and log in to your account.
Go to “My Account”.
Navigate to “SIM / Device” or “Replace SIM”.
Select “Get an eSIM” or “Request replacement eSIM”.
Confirm your request.
Your new QR code will be displayed on screen or emailed to you.
