Has ID availability been scrapped in North Norfolk

In the last month ID signal availability has dropped to zero in North Norfolk - I used to use it ok for calls and internet hotspot on my Iphone 17 till now, no longer any use. My son came and he had the same problem on his Pixel phone. Has the service been discontinued or changed in some way? It is no longer any use to me or my son.
