 Hi @philippaaustin,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using your phone in Greece.

If you're unable to get a signal, we'd recommend trying the following:

First, check your iD Mobile account:

  • Make sure Roaming, International and Premium services are all enabled on your iD Mobile account.

For iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings > Mobile Service.
  2. Make sure Data Roaming is turned On.
  3. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  4. Restart your iPhone.
  5. Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
  6. Go to Settings > Mobile Service > Network Selection, turn Automatic off and manually try each available network.

For Android:

  1. Go to Settings > Connections or Network & Internet > Mobile Networks.
  2. Make sure Data Roaming is turned On.
  3. Go to Settings > General Management or System > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
  6. Go to Network Operators or Network Selection, turn Automatic off and manually try each available network.

In Greece, you should try connecting to one of our roaming partners:

  • Cosmote
  • Vodafone Greece
  • Nova

If you've tried all of the above and you're still unable to connect, please let us know and we'll be happy to help further.

Regards,
