help with sms failed sending

I’ve recently joined ID from Sky mobile. I have the iPhone 13 with them. Calls and WhatsApp are working fine however any sms message I send is failing. Have read through some of the community comments around resets, restarts and settings changes but none of these are working. 
Have also tried in a different iPhone with the same issue so can’t see there being an issue with the phone/Apple. 
I need some guidance from ID mobile please

Is the phone number shown in Settings > Phone > My Number correct, @richard83
