Help woth network connection

On Monday 21st September I activated my switch to ID using an eSIM and PAC code transfer to be done today but I have not yet got my connection with ID. My number has changed to my old number on the app but I cannot get connection on my phone to the network.

    Hi @Adiebady1.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that your switch also hasn't completed smoothly on your end.

Please try the following network reset steps depending on your device:

    For Android:

    Open Settings
    Tap General management
    Tap Reset
    Tap Reset network settings

    For iPhone:

    Go to Settings
    Tap Phone
    Tap My Number
    Delete the old number
Enter the new number using the keypad
    Tap Save
Go to Settings > Messages and turn off iMessage
Go to Settings > General > Reset
    Tap Reset Network Settings
Once your iPhone restarts, go back to Settings > Messages and turn iMessage back on, this should let it recognise the new network and verify properly.

Please give your phone a restart after these steps if you haven't already, as that often helps it pick up the new network registration.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita
