Activation of your new plan
Your upgraded plan usually becomes active within a short time after processing, but it can take up to 24 hours for everything to fully update on your account and services. You’ll know it’s active once your new allowances are showing in the app and your services are working as normal.
Use in Europe (roaming).

If your plan includes EU roaming, you’ll be able to use your allowances in Europe just like you do in the UK. You don’t need to do anything extra, but it’s always a good idea to check your plan details in the app to confirm roaming is included.
Your mobile number.

Please don’t worry your mobile number will not change when upgrading. You will keep the same number.
