Horrendously slow connection!

Not sure whats going on, but my connection has been extremely slow for the past 2 days in a row, with frequent dropouts. 

Can someone advise why, and when it will be fixed? My wife works from home and has really struggled, so this is unnacceptable.

My connection is also really slow over the last few days. My postcode is DT7 3DS- is it switched off here?
