I use the IDMobile SIM in a mobile router in a caravan. While away, using a laptop, I can connect to my company VPN if if I log onto an available wifi (usually campsite). But not when connecting to my mobile router. Normal website browsing and email is perfect using the mobile router.
IT support says “mobile provider should allow PPTP VPN traffic.” Do you provide this? If so, how do I enable it?
Sorry I don’t have an answer but wanted to raise the same problem. I also have problems connecting to a company VPN (Sonicwall) when using my ID Mobile sim. This both in a router and when it’s in a phone.
The VPN works fine on other networks.
