How do you get a new QR code when one is not valid

The QR code is no longer valid for an eSIM.  How do you get a new one?

    Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your eSIM QR code.

     

    If the QR code is no longer valid, a new one will need to be issued. To arrange this, please contact our Live Chat support team, who can carry out the necessary security checks and generate a replacement eSIM QR code for you.

     

    Once issued, they’ll guide you through installing the new eSIM on your device.
