Please can anybody advise me, how do I best contact iD Mobile, specifically to report problems with mobile service in my area?

    ​@i_sailing  You can log into you IDMobile account via the app or web browser head to More then Report a problem.

      ​@i_sailing  That's what most of us are here for to help other's. I like to add if you do experience issues trying to report a problem this may be due to IDMobile maintenance work being carried out this weekend.
