I am not getting any text messages in my iphone 15 pro max phone from past few months

Last text I got was on 15th of July.

I am not getting any text messages till date.

I am not even getting calls now. I don’t know what is happening with my sim. Is there a helpline number I can call or this a only way to fix my issue?

When you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly?

Hi, I'm am having the same issue. I'm not received texts since I changed my number over. Did you sort this out?

I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with your text messages. Please try the steps below, depending on the type of phone you have:

 

Make sure that you have the correct iD Mobile SIM card in your device.

 
For Android:
 

  • Open Settings
  • Tap General Management
  • Tap Reset
  • Select Reset network settings

 
For iPhone:
 

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Phone
  • Tap My Number
  • Delete the old number
  • Enter the new/current number
  • Tap Save

 

Then follow these steps to refresh iMessage:
 

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Messages
  3. Turn iMessage OFF
  4. Go to Settings > General
  5. Tap Reset
  6. Choose Reset Network Settings
  7. Once your iPhone restarts, go back to Settings
  8. Tap Messages
  9. Turn iMessage ON again

 

Your iPhone should now recognise the new SIM and verify your number.
