i can only received half of my phone call

1. Check your number is set correctly on your device

Sometimes after switching SIMs, the number may not update properly in your phone settings.

On iPhone:

• Go to Settings > Phone > My Number and ensure your correct mobile number is entered

On Android:

• Go to Settings > About Phone > Status > SIM Status (or SIM Card Status) and check that your number is displayed correctly

If the number is missing or incorrect, please update it and save the changes.

2. Restart your handset
This helps refresh your connection to the network.

3. Reset network settings
This can resolve many call-related issues:

On iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings
On Android: Settings > System > Reset > Reset Network Settings

4. Check signal and try different locations
Poor or fluctuating signal can affect call quality.

5. Test your SIM in another device (if available)
