I am struggling with calling out and people are unable to call me either. It’s becoming quite challenging now. I’ve tried checking silence unknown callers, my phone is an iPhone 16.
despite having 2bars the phone calls simply are not getting through… HELP ME PLEASE!

Sorry to hear regarding the issues that you are facing. Can you try the below troubleshooting steps:
Manual network connection:
Press Settings.
Press Mobile Service.
Press Network Selection.
Press the indicator next to "Automatic" to turn automatic network selection on or off.
If you turn off the function, press the required network which will be iD mobile.
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
Wait few minutes and try test services again.
Mobile network reset:
1.Press Settings.
2. Press General.
3. Press Transfer or Reset iPhone.
4. Press Reset.
5. Press Reset Network Settings.
6. Press Reset Network Settings.
7. Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
8. Restart phone
