Please help.. Can't make a call.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble making calls I know that’s urgent when you need to get in touch with someone. Let’s work through some quick checks to get this sorted.

 

📶 1. Check signal

  • Make sure you have signal bars showing
  • If signal is low, try moving to a different location (near a window or outside)

🔄 2. Restart your phone

  • Turn your device off completely
  • Wait 10–15 seconds
  • Turn it back on and try again

✈️ 3. Check Airplane Mode

  • Ensure Airplane Mode is OFF

📞 4. Test different numbers

  • Try calling a mobile number and a landline if possible
  • This helps confirm if it’s all calls or specific numbers

⚙️ 5. Check call barring / account status

  • Make sure call barring isn’t enabled in your phone settings
  • Also ensure your bill is up to date and there are no restrictions on the account

📲 6. Network selection reset

  • Go to Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection
  • Set it to Automatic (or reselect iD Mobile manually if needed)

🔁 7. Reset network settings (if still not working)

  • This can help clear connection issues
  • If you’ve tried all of the above and still can’t make calls, it may be a network or account-level issue that we’ll need to check from our side.
