@Bialkowska Anyone else on the same network in your household having issues? Did you every have working services? What device are you using and has it be set up for IDMobile?

Also be a could idea to check network status via this link input full post code for a summary.

Hi,

I'm the only one using this network, and I'm having a major problem with it. I have no internet at all, especially not in my apartment. I need internet for work, I don't have landline internet.

And I chcecked my network status. It's showing good but is not good.

2) What device are you using?

3) Did you check the NETWORK STATUS not coverage?

4) So you only issue is that you have no mobile data is this correct how long as this been going on for?

Hi @Bialkowska ,

I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially if you rely on it for work.

Even if your phone shows a good network signal, there can sometimes be issues affecting data specifically. A few things to try:
• Toggle Airplane Mode on and off
• Restart your phone
• Check Mobile Data is on in your settings
• Make sure your APN settings match iD Mobile’s:

Name: iD

APN: id

Username / Password: leave blank
If none of these work, it may be an account or SIM issue that we need to fix on our side.

Hi Lamiya

I did all of the things mentioned above and still the same issue. Nothing better. APN settings are ok. Sim card was changed yesterday.

I still have a contract on 9 months. I don't want to pay almost 30£ per month and have issue like this.
