i cannot log into my national lottery account as my IP addrss is apparently not UK. it is asking me to contact my provider

Please advise how to make my IP address UK. I cannot now access my national lottery account. Told to contact my provider

Reboot your phone to get assigned fresh IP. Use a speed test site; most’ll show where you’re connected via.

Hi @MandyJS,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your National Lottery account.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to change or assign your IP address. Your IP address is allocated automatically by the network and can't be manually set to a UK IP address from our side.

If you're in the UK and using mobile data, we'd recommend trying the following:

Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
Restart your phone.
Toggle Mobile Data off and back on.
Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network, or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
If you're using a VPN, make sure it's turned off.

If you're outside the UK, some services (including the National Lottery) may restrict access based on your location, regardless of your mobile provider.
