I cannot receive phone calls and line drops

Hello all,

I cannot receive phone calls. Why? I checked the status on id website and it says active.

Furthermore at home the line often drops.

Not happy.

I am not in a rural area.

Hope someone help me to fix the problems.

How can I get some help? Please.

Call you make calls, use SMS text messaging and your mobile data, @Ellie0?

Just spoke with ID.

they told me are unplanned network works in my area.

Hopefully all should be fixed.
