i cannot recive calls and texts

I have recently obtained a new ID mobile sim card and activated this. I was also previously on ID mobile. I can make calls. However I cannot recove calls or texts. Thanks

I’m sorry to hear you’re unable to receive calls and texts after activating your new iD Mobile SIM, although you can make outgoing calls. Please try the following steps:

Restart your phone
Ensure airplane mode is turned off
Check that your SIM is correctly inserted
Leave the phone switched on for at least 30 minutes to allow network registration to complete
