    Hi @Dicer,

Sorry you’re having trouble with your connection, I know how confusing it can be when you’ve got signal but no internet.

It’s usually not anything to do with your plan being removed, so don’t worry about that. A few quick things you can try that often fix this:

    • Turn Airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then switch it back off
    • Restart your phone
    • Make sure mobile data is turned on in your settings
    • Check your APN settings are correct (these control your data connection)
    • Try manually selecting the network in your phone settings instead of automatic

If none of that does the trick, it could be related to coverage in your area. If you can send over your full postcode, I’ll happily take a closer look for you and see what’s going on.

    Regards,

    Hi @Dicer,

I have checked the coverage for your postcode area SK2 7AS and can confirm that there are no reported issues nor are there any outages.

Depending on the type of handset you have, please could you try manually connecting to 4G signal if not already connected?

    Here’s how:

    If you’re using an iPhone:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Mobile Data (or Cellular)
    • Tap Mobile Data Options
    • Tap Voice & Data
    • Select 4G / LTE (instead of 5G or Auto if shown)

    If you’re using Android:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Connections / Network & Internet
    • Tap Mobile Networks
    • Tap Network Mode
    • Select 4G / LTE only (or “LTE/WCDMA/GSM”)

Once you’ve done that, restart your phone and test your data again.

If it still shows signal but no internet after switching to 4G, and your data is not working, please let us know.

    Regards,
