Question

I get no calls no missed calls only known or public number texts

I have a plan of unlimited calls, texts and data, i cant call anyone or see ive had any voicemails or texts that arent public numbers or contacts i already have id like to know why my plan is not working as it should be.

    We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your service.

     

    If you're unable to make calls and aren't receiving calls, voicemails or text messages, we'd recommend trying the following:

    • Restart your phone.
    • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
    • Check that your network selection is set to Automatic.
    • Ensure your phone's software is fully up to date.
    • Perform a network settings reset.
    • If you're using a physical SIM, remove it, clean it carefully and reinsert it.

     

    If the issue continues after trying the above, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat. They can run checks on your line and, if needed, arrange a replacement SIM card to see if this resolves the issue.
