Switched to ID hoping for great service but I am unable to get a signal in my workplace, which I desperately need. I've tried the postcode search and it says the signal should be excellent

Hi @Stevem039 ,

I’m so sorry to hear about the signal issues at your workplace. While our coverage checker shows strong signal, sometimes building materials or local interference can affect reception.

We recommend trying these troubleshooting steps:

Restart your phone to reconnect to the network.

Check mobile data & WiFi calling settings – enabling WiFi calling can help if indoor signal is poor.

Test your SIM in another phone to see if the issue persists.

Done all of that several times. My old network had no issues and no one else here had issues with their providers. And it's not the phone as this is a replacement and neither connected

Hi @Stevem039

Since you’ve already tested your SIM in a replacement phone and ensured settings are correct, it appears this may be a coverage issue in your specific location but it’s also possible that the SIM itself is causing the problem.

You can collect a replacement SIM from your nearest Currys store or contact us directly at Socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk. and we can arrange for one to be delivered to you.

Use the cooling-off period clause and choose a network with coverage at that location.

Hi @Stevem039

Can you provide me with the post code of your workplace to check if there could be something causing the signal issues.
