I last spoke to an agent about inconsistent internet access. I was told she’d send a new SIM card. It has never arrived! Also because of my ongoing internet issues, I was told she would only charge £6 in future. Neither has happened. Please advise.
i was promised a new sim card which hasnt arrived. also i was told id get a £6 bill in future.
