Id keeps saying Network busy. had the new sim and not working

Had a new sim in the post. Didn't work so went to Curry's. They gave me a new sim told me to wait 24 hrs. And a week later when I try to make a call it say Network busy ?????? But still charging me for the contract????

Sorry to hear you’re still having issues getting your SIM working properly.

 

Here are some general troubleshooting steps you can try:

 

  • Make sure the SIM is fully inserted and seated correctly
  • Restart your phone
  • Check that Airplane mode is switched off
  • Ensure mobile network selection is set to automatic

 

Network reset

This can often resolve “Network busy” or connection issues:

  • iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings
  • Android: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

 

Manual network selection

  • Go into network settings and manually select the iD Mobile network (or try toggling automatic selection off and on again)
